Backyard golf.

もし大金持ちになれたら、ガーデンデザイナーを雇ってみたいな、そう思いながら考えてはプランを立てたり、植物をあちこち植え替えたり、掘ったり、試行錯誤を繰り返してできた野菜畑。家の裏庭、とても狭いので遠近法を使ってみました。リンゴの丸太の小道、そしてその奥にあるバードバス。もっと優雅に素敵にできる方法があったら、教えてくださーい。

When we become rich, I'd like to hire a professional garden designer.  Until then, I'm always thinking, planning, moving plants here and there, digging and changing something.  This corner is my favorite vegetable garden.  I tried to use perspective here with the log pathway and the birdbath.  Does it make our tiny backyard look a bit bigger?  I can't wait until the arborvitaes fill in the background.

最近、裏庭ゴルフが流行ってます。
「スイングする時は周りに誰もいないのを確認してからね。」
お二人さん、ちょっと近寄り過ぎだが・・・

And, the kids are playing golf recently. 

Just don't hit each other...

「ママ、今何て言ったっけ？！」

"Oh, what did mama just say?!"

「ルーサー君よ、ゴルフクラブでバードハウスや木は打たないでおくれ。それとコンポーストを掘るのだけはやめてくださいな。」

"Luther, please hit the ball, not the birdhouse or trees, and don't scoop out the compost."
