オレゴンに住んでいるとワイルドサーモンがお得な値段で手に入ります。この大きさで１３００円ぐらい。潔癖症の私は自分で裁きたいので、腕はともかく自分で３枚におろします。一枚はお醤油漬け、一枚はお味噌漬け、そして骨の間の身も崩して夜ご飯のフィッシュタコスです。
