Shoelace sneakers for a three year old.

小さい子の靴の紐って、結んであげてもすぐにほどけてしまったり、急いでいる時なんて特にあたふたしてしまいます。マジックテープのを選ぶっていう手もあるんですけど、やっぱり普通のスニーカーが私の好みなんです。

で、これ。
紐をゴムに変えました。ゴムを通して、最後は結んでもいいし、私はゴムの端と端を縫い付けました。（一番上まで閉めてしまうと履きにくそうだったので 、一番上の穴ははずしてあります。）
ルーサーが自分で履いたり脱いだりもできるし、我ながらグッドアイデアでした。

I am one of those parents who buys sneakers with shoelaces for a three year old boy.  I just don't like Velcro shoes.  For some reason, when we go shoe shopping for Luther, there are no cute ones, so we always get the most basic sneakers.  

Anyway, so I don't have to deal with tying his shoes all the time, I just replace the ordinary shoelaces with elastic string.  After lacing up the shoes, I sewed the ends together.  ( I didn't lace them all the way up, because Luther didn't like it).
Isn't it a good idea?
