Sprouts.

Sprouted!
Geranium, melon, grape tomatoe, squash, cosmos.....whatever seeds that were leftover from last year, and whatever veggie and fruit we ate recently.  Something worked well here.  I guess this water-man didn't forget to spray water every morning and night.

Every year, I get upset that things doesn't grow well, and I blame it on the seeds. But, it is hard to resist the seed section of the store.  This year again, I stood there, dreamed of our perfect garden, and then spend dollars for packages of seeds.

The kids are sowing radish seeds.  I asked them to take care of this pot this year, which means from seed to harvest, so these radish would be special to them although they don't really like radishes.

Don't you love these delicate leaves?  These are asparagus that I sowed seeds for last year.  I just recently  moved then from a container to the garden.  It takes three years to harvest, but it's fun to grow.  I can't wait!
